All products are available for subscriptions, including Greatkup Coffee K-Cups Pods.
How do I subscribe?
Subscribing to a product is easy. To get started, visit GREATKUP.com, add “Greatkup Coffee Monthly Subscription” product to cart. Complete the checkout process just as you would for a one-time purchase. Be sure to log into your customer account (or create one during the checkout process) so that you can easily manage your subscription(s) later.
It’s that simple!! There are no sign-up fees, no monthly fee!
What about schedule other than monthly?
At the moment (we are still figuring out subscription features with WooCommerce), we currently offer monthly only subscriptions. In the near future, we may offer custom schedules (e.g., every other month, once in 3 months etc). Please check back!
I don’t like shipping!! Do you offer any other options?
If you opt for shipping, shipping is calculated based on your location, same rates as for regular, one-time purchases. Well, we have other money saving options too.
Local Pickup – Available during Farmers Market Season (Summer and Winter)
Local Delivery – Available for a flat fee. $5 if you live within 15-mile radius or $10 if you live within 30-mile radius based on 44202 Zip code.
How put a hold on my subscription while I’m away?
Yes!! You are always in control of your subscription, and you have the option to pause your subscription at any time. Log into your account and follow the instructions on how to pause your subscription. You can also manage your subscription from the account page.
What about notifications?
We understand!! Life gets busy! To keep you posted on your subscription, you will receive an email notification when your payment is processed each month.
